She grew up in Tampa and earned her Bachelors' Degree from Florida State University with a major in Business and a minor in Marketing. The Pensacola Bay Area Chapter of The Women's Council of Realtors awarded Kathy Top Gun Awards for outstanding sales performance and achievements in the real estate profession. Kathy was the leading agent and Top Producer for another local agency for five years until she opened her office in Historic Seville, Pensacola, FL.
